Mehak Return & Refund Policy
At Mehak, every creation is part of a thoughtfully designed experience. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
Replacement for Damaged Products
We offer replacement only in cases where the product is damaged during transit, subject to verification by our team.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video that meets the following conditions:
- The video must begin before opening the sealed outer package
- The sealed package and shipping label must be clearly visible
- The video must show the complete unboxing process
- The damage must be clearly visible in the video
This helps us ensure authenticity and provide you with a fair resolution.
How to Request a Replacement
- Email us at theekmehak@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Include:
- Your Order ID
- The unboxing video
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
Verification & Resolution
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost
- Mehak will bear the replacement shipping expenses after verification
Important Notes
- Requests made without an unboxing video may not be eligible
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- We do not offer refunds, only replacement for verified damaged items
- Minor variations in packaging that do not affect product quality are not considered damage
